One credit buys one order — and an order is three finished options, not one. You audition all three, approve the one you want, and download it in every delivery format you need.

Questions stations ask first
Can we actually broadcast this?
Yes — that is the whole point. Voices are licensed for commercial broadcast use, and the music runs on models whose terms permit it. Every file records exactly which model and settings produced it, so the provenance is traceable.
What if a cut comes back wrong?
It should not reach you: every take is transcribed back and checked against the script before you hear it. If one slips through, regenerate the layer that is wrong. Fixes for our own failed checks never cost a credit.
Will it sound like AI?
Not if we have done our job. A dry synthetic read in silence is the hardest test, so we never ship one — every cut sits in a produced bed with real mix decisions behind it.
Do we own what you make?
You hold the rights to use every delivered cut on air, online and in your own promotion, for as long as your account exists. Your sonic logo and slogan are held market-exclusive in our database.
What happens if we cancel?
Cuts you already approved stay yours and stay downloadable. Plan credits stop at the end of the period you paid for; purchased top-up credits never expire.
Can you match our existing imaging?
Upload a sample of your music library and we measure it, so delivered cuts sit where your air chain expects them. Matching an existing voice needs that talent's written consent.
