1. What the service does
Radio IDs produces broadcast imaging audio — station identifications, sweepers, liners, jingles, stagers and beds — from the station profile and brief you supply. Audio is generated using third-party and self-hosted AI models, then mixed and mastered by our own engine.
2. Your rights in delivered audio
You may broadcast, stream, and use every cut we deliver to you in your own promotion, worldwide, for as long as your account exists, and you keep that right for cuts already delivered if you later cancel. Your sonic logo and your slogan are held market-exclusive in our database: we will not knowingly deliver the same logo melody or slogan to a competing station in your market.
We cannot promise that AI-generated output is protected by copyright. In several jurisdictions it may not be. That means we cannot promise you a right to stop someone else copying a cut. This is a limitation of the law, not of your licence from us. What we can and do enforce is our own exclusivity: we will not deliver your logo melody or your slogan to a competing station in your market.
3. What you must not ask us to make
- Anything that imitates an emergency alert signal, or any tone resembling one.
- Impersonation of a real person, including voice cloning without that person's written consent.
- Political advertising. We do not accept it during the first phase of the service.
- False or disparaging claims about another station or business.
We screen for these automatically and refuse the order. Repeated attempts end the account.
4. Compliance is yours
We build legal identification wording from the station record you give us and lock it so it cannot be rewritten. You remain responsible for the accuracy of that record, for airing identification at the times your regulator requires, and for everything you broadcast.
5. Plans, credits and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Each plan includes a number of credits which are granted when an invoice is paid and expire at the end of that billing period. Credits you purchase separately do not expire. Credits spent on regenerations we triggered to fix our own failed quality checks are never charged to you. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the web application and API. When a render pipeline is degraded, orders queue rather than fail. We do not guarantee that any particular AI vendor remains available, which is why every vendor sits behind an interchangeable interface.
7. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost listeners, or regulatory penalties arising from what you chose to broadcast.
